BODYWISE
Rediscover balance, energy, and ease in perimenopause.
Menopause is a life transition that can bring fatigue, disrupted sleep, mood changes, and shifts in bone, muscle, and pelvic health.
You don’t have to power through these changes alone.
BodyWise is a well-being program designed to help women 40+ navigate the menopausal transition with balance, strength, and calm.
Hosted at the Mount Si Physical Therapy Wellness Collective and taught by Alexandra Howson, PhD, E-RYT, BodyWise integrates traditional yoga practices with evidence-based women’s health insights to support your whole self — body, mind, and spirit.
Our next cohort starts January 10, 2026.
