BodyWise is a 10-week well-being series designed to help women 40+ move through the menopausal transition with steadiness, strength, and calm.
Tuesdays, 6:00–7:00 PM | April 14 – June 23, 2026

These are real physiological changes—not personal failures.
And they respond to specific, well-chosen support.
BodyWise offers that support.

🌿 What You’ll Experience
In each session, you’ll step into a calm, supportive space with a small group of women navigating the same transition.
Over 60 minutes, you’ll move through:
✓ Mindful, breath-led movement to build strength and stability
✓ Breathwork and HeartMath-informed practices for stress and temperature regulation
✓ Myofascial release and somatic techniques to ease tension
✓ Guided rest to support sleep and nervous system recovery
You’ll leave each session with practices you can use at home—not just during the hour, but between sessions, and long after the series ends.

A Taste of BodyWise
A guided core awareness practice and a conversation about rest, nervous systems, and why midlife asks for a different kind of support.
In this conversation with Heather Yancey on The Badass Reset podcast, I share how tiny micro-rest practices can help you regulate your nervous system, recover your energy, and feel like yourself again.
Try this short core-awareness practice to build strength, stability, and mindful connection through the center of your body.
